Incentives and Rebates

Forfeited Discounts:

The most important incentive SECO offers is for its power consumers to pay their monthly and/or annual bills on time.  All bills are due on the 1st day of the month.  Payments can be made through the 15th of the month without a forfeited discount being assessed.  Forfeited discounts amount to 10% of the amount due. Average monthly bills are $100.00 which would cost $10.00 if paid after the 15th of the month.
