Energy Assistance
SECO has two programs available to assist in paying your electrical bills October 2008 thru April 2009. We offer the existing LIEAP and a new in-house program called SECO Warm Winter Campaign.

- 1 person household - $9,641
- 2 person household - $14,465
- For each additional person in household - $964 (total maximum of $19,284)
A family who owns a business with an equity value in excess of $12,500 is ineligible.
