Ekalaka Under Construction

These pictures taken March 18, 2008 show lots going on in Ekalaka. Carter Co. Commissioners and Fair Board Members are remodelling the fair exhibit building to include bathrooms and kitchen area.
Carter Co. Museum is acquiring the Little Red Schoolhouse which was moved today by Don Kuntz Construction and several county employees. Museum Board of Directors will be spending the next several years trying to restore the schoolhouse back to its original color (white) and original appearance.
