Great meeting!!  We fed 252 people with 166 members attending.  By-Laws were changed to combine District 1 with 2 and District 7 with 8, thereby having 6 trustees instead of 8 in the future. Longtime Board members, Charles Guyer and Francis (Mike) Kornemann retired after serving 28 and 30 years respectively.  Members of Southeast Electric also elected to opt-out of Wyoming PSC regulation.  Following the meeting, the Board met to elect new officers.  Dave Hayden was elected President.  Karen Kreitel was elected Vice President with Erlend Laird taking the Secretary-Treasurer position.  Attendance gifts were well-received and there were some lucky door prize winners.  The grand prize, an electric BBQ grill, was won by Wade Sikorski.
